Justbeyougifts cares a lot about your privacy. I therefore only process data that I need for (improving) my services and I handle the information I have collected about you and your use of my service with care. I never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.
This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services provided by Justbeyougifts. The effective date for the validity of these conditions is 23/04/2021, with the publication of a new version the validity of all previous versions expires. This privacy policy describes which data about you is collected by me, what this data is used for and with whom and under what conditions this data may be shared with third parties. I also explain to you how I store your data and how I protect your data against misuse and what rights you have with regard to the personal data you provide to me.

Online store software:

My webshop has been developed with software from Jouwweb.nl. Personal data that you make available to us for the purpose of our services will be shared with this party. yourweb  has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Yourweb is obliged to take appropriate security measures on the basis of the agreement that I have concluded with them. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption, a strong password policy and secure data storage. yourweb takes into account the applicable legal retention periods for (personal) data.

Payment Processors

To handle the payments in my webshop I use 3 payment methods: IDEAL, Paypal and bank transfer. These online payment platforms processed your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Every payment platform has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Online payment platform reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymized) data with third parties in this context. All the above-mentioned guarantees with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of payment platform services for which they engage third parties. Online payment platform does not store your data for longer than permitted by law.

 

Shipping and logistics

 

If you place an order with me, it is my job to have your package delivered to you. I use the services of Post NL to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that I share your name, address and residence details with Post NL. Post NL only uses this information for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event that Post NL engages subcontractors, Post NL will also make your data available to these parties.

 

Purpose of the data processing

I only use your data for the benefit of my services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the order you provide. I do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share information with me and I use this information to - other than at your request - contact you at a later time, I will ask you for explicit permission for this. Your data will not be shared with third parties, other than to comply with accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all kept confidential under the agreement between them and Justbeyougiftsgiftor an oath or legal obligation.

Automatically collected data

Data collected automatically by my website is processed for the purpose of further improving my services. This data (for example your IP address, web browser and operating system) is not personal data.

Participation in tax and criminal investigations

In some cases, on the basis of a legal obligation, you may be obliged to share your data in connection with government tax or criminal investigations. In such a case, I am forced to share your data, but I will oppose this within the possibilities that the law offers us.

retention periods

I keep your data as long as you are a client of ours. This means that I will keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use my services. If you indicate this to me, I will also regard this as a request to forget. Based on applicable administrative obligations, I must keep invoices with your (personal) data, so I will keep this data for as long as the applicable term runs

Your rights

On the basis of the applicable Dutch and European legislation, you as a data subject have certain rights with regard to the personal data that is processed by or on behalf of me. I explain below which rights these are and how you can invoke these rights.

In principle, to prevent misuse, I will only send copies and copies of your data to your already known e-mail address. If your request is granted, I will send you a confirmation that the details have been changed to the e-mail address known to me.

You always have the right to limit the data that I process or have processed that relate to your person or that can be traced back to you. You can submit a request to that effect to  info@justbeyougifts.nl. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, I will send you a confirmation to the e-mail address known to us that the data will no longer be processed until you lift the restriction.

Right to portability

You always have the right to have the data that I process or have processed that relate to your person or that can be traced back to you by another party. You can submit a request to that effect to our contact person for privacy matters. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, I will send you copies or copies of all data about you that I have processed or that have been processed on my behalf by other processors or third parties to the e-mail address known to us. In all likelihood, justbeyougifts  can no longer continue the service in such a case, because the secure linking of data files can then no longer be guaranteed.

Right to object and other rights

In such cases, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of. If you object, I will immediately stop the data processing pending the handling of your objection. If your objection is justified, I will make copies and/or copies of data that I process or have processed available to you and then permanently discontinue the processing.
